At Flashback, we offer a 30-day return window for all electronics to ensure you are completely satisfied with your tech upgrade. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included accessories and serial numbers intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Flashback account, navigate to your order history, and select the 'Request Return' button for the specific device you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the item in its original box with all cables, manuals, and remote controls.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
